In my classroom and in my productions I strive to understand and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual student and actor. I tailor my instruction and my direction to the unique abilities of the people I work with. I see theater as a collaboration between my personal vision, based on my lived experience, and that of the authors, production team and actors. Great theater happens when everyone involved, including the audience, feels heard, seen and understood.
